Free customizable app curates and delivers topic-driven news to mobile devices based on users' interests
Black Ocean, a digital media company that invests in, builds and operates technology businesses around the world, today announced it acquired a majority stake in LMK from Hearst Entertainment & Syndication and will relaunch LMK in early 2012.
LMK is a free, customizable mobile app that delivers the latest news and information to users on the topics they care about most. LMK is currently in beta in the iTunes Store and will launch in the Android Market later this month.
